IHOP®, one of America’s most popular family-friendly restaurants, known for “everything you love about breakfast,” will once again invite guests to enjoy free pancakes during National Pancake Day on February 5, 2013, while celebrating Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals’ 30th Anniversary. On this day, the restaurant chain hopes to raise $3 million as the first national fundraising campaign to kick off the 2013 fundraising year for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

Who:              Fresno’s Texas Roadhouse invites veterans and active members of U.S. military to enjoy FREE lunch on Monday, November 12.  Every Texas Roadhouse location across the country will participate in the free lunch event to honor the men and women of our armed forces.

 

What:              All veterans - including all active, retired or former U.S. military -  can choose one of 10 entrees, including a 6-ounce sirloin and two made-from-scratch sides plus a choice of any Coca-Cola product, sweet tea/ice tea or coffee during lunch.

Make this St. Patrick’s Day more about St. Paddy and less about the paddy wagon. If you’ve been drinking on St. Patrick’s Day, AAA Northern California will take you and your car home for free.

AAA’s Tipsy Tow program is open to everyone. You do not need to be a AAA member to take advantage of this service to the community.

AAA will offer the service to drinking drivers from 6 p.m. on St. Patrick’s Day, March 17th to 6 a.m. March 18th, potential passengers, party hosts, bartenders, and restaurant managers can call 800-222-4357 (AAA-HELP) for a free tow home of up to ten miles. Just tell the AAA operator, “I need a Tipsy Tow,” and a truck will be on its way.

National Pancake Day Returns To Benefit Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals

WHAT:              For the seventh consecutive year, IHOP restaurants nationwide will offer each guest a free short stack of its famous buttermilk pancakes on National Pancake Day in an effort to raise awareness and funds for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.        

WHY:                For every short stack of buttermilk pancakes served on National Pancake Day, IHOP guests are invited to make a voluntary donation to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.

IHOP restaurants nationwide will celebrate Halloween a little early this year, offering kids 12 and under a free Scary Face Pancake as part of its No Tricks – Just Treats program designed to provide kids with a safe and fun Halloween event.  The "design-your-own" Scary Face Pancake includes an oversized signature buttermilk pancake with a whipped topping mouth and strawberry nose, served with two mini OREO® cookies and candy corn on the side to allow kids to create their own Halloween hotcake.

Kids can get their free pancake on Friday, October 28, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The Scary Face Pancake will be offered throughout October and, like all IHOP kids menu items, is under 600 calories.  Throughout IHOP's new menu, items under 600 calories are designated with a SIMPLE & FIT icon.

WHAT:           IHOP restaurants nationwide will celebrate Halloween a little early this year, offering kids 12 and under a free Scary Face Pancake as part of its No Tricks – Just Treats program designed to provide kids with a safe and fun Halloween event.

The all-hands club officially opened Saturday, Aug. 27.  The name "Spuds" comes from the call sign of the first naval aviator in history, Cmdr. Theodore “Spuds” Ellyson. The restaurant will offer weekly specials like Taco Tuesdays, Fajita Fridays and Saturdays Prime Rib. The Pub & Recreation Center will offer a separate menu with specialty brews as well as commercial favorites, well drinks and drinks to order. The Pub is WiFi capable and will feature two gaming stations (eight total) complete with audio plug ins. Please bring your own headphones. Other features include 10 Internet computer stations, billiards, gaming tables, pinball, jukebox, cozy fireplace, covered patio with fans and outdoor heaters and of course multiple large flat screen TVs to broadcast the latest sporting event.
